Where Compassion Meets Meaningful Change

Talks with Katia

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
Life can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and the pressure of trying to manage everything can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.
At Chats with Kat Therapy, I provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy for adults throughout New York. My goal is to create a space where you feel calm, accepted, and understood while also helping you develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.Therapy is more than having a place to talk. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize patterns, build new skills, and practice healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to offer an affirming, inclusive environment where every client feels respected and valued.

A compassionate space to understand yourself and create change.
